Cowbow Slims

A western-themed saloon with a large outdoor patio and an extensive menu that includes items not found in a John Wayne film. Whether its the rotisserie BBQ chicken, flat iron steak, pork chops, or even a smoky pizza, Cowboy Slims offers a bit of country and a bit of Uptown. In the summer, Cowboy Slims hosts Sand & Saddles, a large party complete with sands, music, drinks, and food.

Cowboy Slims is located on the northeast corner of Lake Street and Girard Avenue, adjacent Cheapo and Stella's.

Parking: Off-street parking is available behind Cowboy Slims, accessible from Girard Avenue (hourly rates apply) or in the Calhoun Square parking ramp accessed off of Girard Avenue at Lake Street or 31st Street (hourly rates apply). On-street metered parking is available on Lake Street, Lagoon Avenue, and Girard Avenue.

Transit: Bus route 6, 12, 17, 21, and 53 provide regular service in the area.
