Development: Track 29 Townhomes - Uptown, Minneapolis


	Track 29 54 urban townhomes make-up Track 29, a project on the north side of the Midtown Greenway between Aldrich Avenue and Bryant Avenue. The project replaces an industrial storage yard within an area the City targeted for a major housing redevelopment called "Urban Village." Phase One of the Urban Village project area was the Midtown Lofts just west of the site, which was developed by the Lander Group and Sherman Associates. Track 29 is Phase Two of the project, while Phase Three is in planning two blocks to the west.		(Opens in New Window)



	August 12, 2006: The first phase of buildings along Aldrich Avenue are nearing competition.
