The Portico

At the corner of Irving Avenue and Lagoon Avenue, The Portico building will rise. Uptown rental property expert, Hornig Companies, will replace several aging rental properties with a 30-unit condo building within two short blocks of Lake Calhoun. The project is scheduled to open in fall of 2007, meaning that construction would likely start in late 2006.

Marketing materials boast of its timeless design and LEED ("Green") Registration.
