	The Portico At the corner of Irving Avenue and Lagoon Avenue, The Portico building will rise. Uptown rental property expert, Hornig Companies, will replace several aging rental properties with a 30-unit condo building within two short blocks of Lake Calhoun. 	October 13, 2007: The Portico recently was taken off the market. The developer said that in the future the project may be proposed again, once the market improves.
