STATUS UPDATES

August 29, 2009: The project was approved by the Planning Commission, with some changes to the plans.

August 23, 2009: The project proposal will be heard by the Planning Commission on August 24.

June 27, 2009: No construction has started, but building demolition took place in April.

Project Description
TruStone Financial (formerly Teachers Federal Credit Union) purchased the site just north of the recently-completed Murals of LynLake to construct a new credit union. The credit union cleared the previous building on the site in April to make way for its construction. TruStone Financial announced that they hoped to have the new building opened in late 2009 or early 2010.

The development will include a drive-thru teller and drive-thru ATM, according to a City staff report.
