Project Description
Proposed on the north side of the Midtown Greenway between Girard Avenue South and Fremont Avenue South, the Acme Tag development would add approximately 237 apartment units to Uptown. The project consists of three buildings, two of them eight stories (84 feet) and one between three and five stories. A small, vacant parcel on the northeast part of the project would become a park-like area. Greco Development indicated that they would assist The Ackerberg Group with the proposed pedestrian bridge over the Midtown Greenway at Girard Avenue, ultimately expanding the bridge's width from eight feet to 15 feet.
